An amazing flower arrangement in a basket with chocolates too. I was happy with the ease of ordering through Direct2florist This is difficult for me to rate because I am relying on the recipient's comment to me and whilst i think they were happy with the arrangement, it is a known fact that most people would not want to dissappoint the sender by saying that they didn't like what was sent to them. Having said this, I don't want it to reflect badly on the florist because they delivered on the day when requested and I am passing on what I was told and that is that it was lovely". I would use both Direct2 Florist and Flowersmiths Bolton again if and when I need to send flowers."

I am so impressed by the service the Flower Butler offered. I ordered a bouquet and a balloon and made specific requests about both and they were both met. The flowers were ordered for my friend in the UK, I live in Australia,my friend rang and thanked me for them and I asked her for a photo but was so surprised when a photo was emailed to me from the florist of the finished arrangement complete with balloon. Excellent service, I asked for as early as possible for delivery, and even though I gave the wrong street number the delivery person took the time to phone me to check the door number-completely my fault in writting it down incorrectly! They had even taken the time to add Pearls into the flowers as the greeting congratuated the couple on their pearl anniversary..... very thoughtful.
